We’ve been looking around for planters for the back patio for some time now. We found some large ones in plastic “terra cotta” that we thought might work. We went to Rich’s today just to look at them again and saw three planters made out of apple crates. They really just suit us. We loaded all three of them into the truck and brought them home! So here they are on the patio. We also bought a few more plants for the flowerbeds. I wanted some salvia for the east side of the house to compliment the bright yellow coreopsis. We also got two of those new “endless summer” hydrangeas. For the back, we got some herbs: cilantro, basil, chives, oregano, thyme, and rosemary. I think the rabbit that hangs out in the back yard is sure to enjoy the victuals.
