Here we are, ready for dinner. We made friends with Crystal and Mark. Hopefully we’ll have dinner with them tomorrow evening.
Tonight, I had:
Roasted pineapple with marscapone
Wild mushroom and eggplant soup
Vine ripened tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad
Garlic prime rib with creamed spinach
The Grand pecan roll
As always, dinner was amazing. We saw our favorite server, Toni Ann. She stopped by our table to chat.
Tomorrow, I plan to nap and read. There will be no email checking until Wednesday! (or Tuesday afternoon….)
